Mechanical Assemblies

Mechanical Assemblies

Multi-part builds coordinated end-to-end—hardware, finishing, labeling, and inspection packaged together.

Scope

Turnkey subassemblies for aerospace, medical, and high-tech

  • Electro-mechanical — brackets, panels, and machined components kitted with connectors and harness touchpoints
  • Precision mechanical — close-tolerance mating features, bearings, bushings, and dowel alignment
  • Fixture/tooling builds — shop aids and test fixtures with serialized hardware & inspection records
Process control

Every step documented and verified

We manage hardware, finishes, and inspection so your team receives assemblies that are ready for integration.

  • Hardware control — part-number verification, torque/installation records, and lot traceability
  • Finishing coordination — anodize, chem film, plating, passivation, paint/primer scheduled to meet stack-up needs
  • Inspection — in-process checks, final inspection, and FAIRs prepared when requested
  • Packaging & labeling — individual wrap, kitting, and labels matched to your PO and drawing notes
Documentation

What ships with your assemblies

  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC) with lot/build traceability
  • Material and finish certs collected for all components
  • Inspection data and torque/hardware records when specified
  • Marking/labeling that matches your routing or work instruction numbers
Engagement

How to get started

  • Share drawing package or exploded view with BOM and preferred hardware callouts
  • Note any critical torque specs, serialization, or witness mark requirements
  • Identify required inspection level (FAI, sample plan, 100%) and any specific forms
