Processing
Thermal and secondary processes
- Heat treat for aluminum and steels to specified hardness/condition
- NDT (penetrant, mag particle) coordinated when required
- Surface prep including bead blast, tumble, and deburr options
- Threading & inserts — thread rolling, helicoils, PEM installation
